Max was great from the outset, she gave me excellent advice on managing things until my appointment, namely ice packs and the correct painkillers/anti-inflammatorys. I had a total of three appointment, during which Max was able to pinpoint the problem, deal with it with what I assume would be termed manipulation/massage and give me more advice and stretching/strenghtening exercises to hopefully eliminate the chance of a recurrence. I have gone from being almost immobilised to virtually complete recovery in about a month. I can touch my toes again and am looking forward to a return to my usual active lifestyle, but being more careful about lifting silly weights etc. Thanks Max!
